Understand how we grade our devices and what you can expect. The vast majority of devices we receive Grade A and those that are below this grade are often appropriately discounted.

Near-perfect cosmetic condition.

AExcellent Condition

Very light signs of use

Condition grades

How a pre-owned device looks. Cosmetic only — a grade describes marks and wear, not whether the device works.

A+Like New

Near-perfect cosmetic condition.

Looks almost new, with little to no visible wear. Any imperfections are extremely minor and difficult to notice.

AExcellent Condition

Very light signs of use

Fully functional with only minor cosmetic wear, such as faint scratches or small marks that are hard to notice during normal use.

BGood Condition

Noticeable signs of everyday use.

Fully functional with visible cosmetic wear such as light scuffs, or light frame marks.

B-Fair Condition

Moderate cosmetic wear from regular use.

Fully functional with more noticeable scratches, scuffs, and frame wear. Cosmetic imperfections are easy to see but do not affect performance.
